Screen not working - Help Please!

I also had the Dead Radio/Screen issue. It started after the car sat idle for a few months on a Battery Tender™. When I started it the radio was dead. The screen flashed the Lexus logo and the backup camera still displayed so the screen must be OK. After driving about 100 miles the screen displayed an automation and said something like, “Loading SD Card”. After that all was well, even the presets came back.Next; repeat of the same scenario (months idle on Battery Tender™) the radio died again. This time it didn’t recover after >1,000 miles. I tried the Battery Disconnect/Accessory mode fix about a dozen times – no luck.
Out of desperation, I took it to the Lexus stealership. They quoted $3,500 for a new radio and suggested an additional $700 in services. When I picked up the car I was surprised that the total bill was *ONLY* $3,500. They applied a $250 courtesy credit and some costs were less that expected. Am I satisfied? NO!
They had the car for 5 days awaiting the new radio. On day 3 they called to say that the car was stored inside (really?) and the tech noticed dripping coolant. They wanted to install a new water pump for $2,600! The car is 7 years old, always garaged and has never leaked a drop. I declined their suggestion. I was less than polite and that’s a gross understatement!. The car has been back in my garage for 2 weeks, no coolant drips, the overflow reservoir remains 1/2 full.

Sounds like an issue that someone should bring to AMD on youtube. His channel is The Car Care Nut. https://www.youtube.com/@TheCarCareNut . He's Toyota/Lexus master tech.

I had a black screen issue. I pulled all the fuses one by one under the steering wheel and lo and behold there was one fuse that was done for. Replaced it, started the car and the screen went back to normal operation.

After trying everything in this thread, we ended up getting the radio fixed. Our screen went out after the car sat for a month.
I found a place on Ebay, Original Car Audio who fixes Lexus (Pioneer) radios for ~700. This one is in Minnesota, but there were also places in new York and California. I picked this one off the ebay reviews and 2 business day turn around. They fixed it and everything is now back to normal.
Basically you pull the radio and ship it to them. There's a video from a California place that fixes them that goes step by step on an rx350(they were 1400 to fix and said about 10 days, so I went with the above.)
Hope this helps someone save a few thousand! I found this thru Google.

The battery is original and 5+ years old, maybe time for replacement. Tried different reset options, none worked, tried with vehicle running and held radio power button for 20 seconds, tried disconnecting battery for 1 hour, then reconnected and press start button without putting brake on , accessory mode, then held power radio button, nothing. When starting Lexus logo comes up for a few seconds then blank, also backup camera displays fine.
All was working fine until I parked the car for couple weeks while I was out of town and when I started the car, I had the exact same issue, screen works just for the Lexus logo and the backup camera.

Help please, infotainment system not working
I parked my 2017 RX350 for 3 weeks as I was out of town, when I got back the infotainment system stopped working, the Lexus logo shows up normally on the screen and the back up camera works. However, the navigation, bluetooth, radio, etc do not work at all. The screen is just black. It all worked perfectly prior to the 3 weeks storage.
I checked the radio fuses (2 fuses in the box under the hood), both are working fine
The radio seems to have power because I’m able to eject and insert CD disc
There are multiple posts from people suffering same issue but no one seems to post the solution except one person who got it fixed by Lexus for $3500
Any idea what could happen to the infotainment system while the car is parked inside a garage
Thanks

I came back after an 11 week trip. I had set up a trickle charger to run once a week for 4 hours. I was able to start the car just fine, however, the radio and nav screen would not come on. I drove the car for a mile and half and then they came on. My assumption is that the 12v battery was mot fully charged and then it was charged enough to turn on the infotainment.
