CPO RX350 tire question
Hello guys!
First time here! I just picked up my RX350 last Friday and I'm very impressed with the car
According to the dealer, my RX350 is a CPO. Everything looked fine until I changed the original 4 season tires to winter tires on Saturday. The dealer guy told me that he did not have 4 winter tires so he included in the deal 2 pristine-99%-like-new Toyo GSi-5 winter tires. I installed those 2 and bought other 2 brand new of the same model. Once I got home problems surfaced. Of the 2 the dealer gave me, one has a bump on the side and the other one is running low every other day and I have to fill it up. On top of that, the tire shop guy told me that one of the 4 season tires that was previously installed has a defect on the side like a small hole.
Question is... since this is a CPO car, should the dealer fix these issues? I have checked an empty CPO form and tires should be analyzed as part of the certification. I have not received any report from the dealer regarding the CPO at the delivery of the car. Should I have to? And what about the winter tires? Should they be also considered CPOed? I have attached some photos so you can also take a look
Thanks

I would suggest you bring the above comments/complaints to the "dealer's" attention and see what his response is. I would hope that the dealer would not knowingly put unsafe tires on the car. Appears they don't check tires closely. Hopefully, the leak is a leak in the tire, or the tire may be leaking at the rim. Also, the rim of the wheel shown in the picture has a lot of curb rash/damage.

I'm surprised a dealer would knowingly install tires and rims curb-rashed and beat up like that. I'm also surprised you didn't even look at your "new" tires when you picked it up. You REALLY need to visit the dealer again and have a sit-down with him.
