2019 RX450h DRL issue - is it just a fuse?

My RX’s driver side DRL strip is not as bright as the passenger side both during the day and at night. What could be the cause? Is it just a fuse?

You are in warranty and I would simply have your dealer handle matters under the warranty. A fuse would not make one side dimmer than the other.
