Issue with Grom VLine2
Did anyone experienced a pink screen once you started the car?
When I switch over to the Grom side or Apple CarPlay, the screen had a weird blue tone to it.
I tried to unplug the wire and plug it back in and also restarted the car, didn't seem to do anything and now I'm stuck with this weird blue tone.

Hello rokayjon, what year is your RX 350 and does it have a control pad, mouse, or does it have a push down ****/wheel? I'm asking because I want to get the VLine 2 for my RX 350 and I want to make sure it will work on mine. I see videos and pics online of the VLine 2 working on RX 350s but none with push down ****/wheel so I want to make sure.
Thank you.
Thank you.

@rokayjon Hello. Does your RX have a mouse or touchpad or a push down ****/wheel? I'm asking because I want to make sure the VLine 2 works with my RX which has a push down ****/wheel. Any pictures or videos I see online of an RX with VLine 2, it's alway one with a mouse or pad and I want to make sure it really will work with my push down ****/wheel.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Hey, does anyone have android auto working with this? If so can you provide a photo or video to show it in action? Does it operate in widescreen mode like the 2020 RX factory android auto? Or is the image stretched?
Or does anyone have Headunit Reloaded working with it?
Also, when you receive a call when Android Auto is active, does it still switch automatically to the factory call screen?
Not really interested in Carplay.
I installed a 1080p 10" aftermarket android headunit in my Nx300h (it only had the factory 8" screen so this was a good upgrade) but I just upgraded to a 2016 RX 450H and not sure whether to go down this route since the screen is already nice and big (albeit not touch - but it's too far away to be useful anyway).
Thanks in advance.
Ps. This is what my NX looked like

How are the owners of these units feel about their purchase?
Are there odd hiccups or things you have to do while using that doesn’t quite work like factory equipment?
Any in depth reviews anyone care to show?
ive got a 2019 F-Sport that I’d love to put one in for Apple CarPlay

It's been about 3-4 months for me. It works pretty well. There are some minor bugs but nothing terrible. My recommendation is to keep the unit where it is accessible. I had hiccups at first but trouble-free for the past two months or so.

Is the Bluetooth call issue mentioned earlier still present (where it will exit out of the vl2 interface when taking call by Bluetooth and you can't go back to it until call finished)?

Did you get your blue screen fixed?
Did anyone experienced a pink screen once you started the car?
When I switch over to the Grom side or Apple CarPlay, the screen had a weird blue tone to it.
I tried to unplug the wire and plug it back in and also restarted the car, didn't seem to do anything and now I'm stuck with this weird blue tone.
