Mouse pointer gone after installing VLINE2. HELP!!!
Hi,
I have a VLINE2 installed and it was working well. All of a sudden, the mouse pointer on my car stopped working and I can't access anything anymore. I tried removing all the wires and waiting 2 hours and it didn't work. I also tried a computer mouse, but to no avail. Please help!! I can't navigate anywhere on the screen. The buttons also won't go to the Aux section if I press the MODE button a few times. I am stuck

same like me before. I unplugged the battery and wait for few minutes. Plug it back and start your car. The system will restart, wait for few minutes again for the system booting. You have to delete your Bluetooth that connect with carplay first and pair it again

So I was having some issue with my VLINE2 for my RX350. The screen would flicker from time to time. I talked to Tech Support and since I live in the Bay Area, they asked me to bring in the car to have them look at it. Ken from Tech Support spent hours on my car investigating the root cause. He replaced the video cable and even fixed the VL2 from moving around in my glove box. I had to run errands so they even gave me a loaner car for a few hours.
Their customer support went above and beyond my expectations. There are still a few technical issues with my system, but I was told that that upcoming firmware would fix them. I am very happy with the way this was handled. Eagerly waiting for the firmware update, but I truly appreciated their professionalism.

@gromaudio - Are there any KNOWN bugs with this? I did not pull the trigger on the GROM VL2 for my 2015 GS 350 FSport because of the issues other users experienced (see this thread). I stuck with the Beat-Sonic USA mirroring system instead. I would like to get this for my 2017 RX350 FSport, just need some assurances.
