Does US version of Navigation/Multimedia system display foreign languages?

Hi does anyone have trouble displaying song titles in foreign languages (Chinese, Korean, Japanese) on the 4th generation US Navigation/Multimedia system? I'm totally new to Lexus vehicles let alone its infotainment system. Help appreciated!

US models give you the option for English, Spanish and French only.
