I currently drive a 2015 RX 350 F Sport with 53k miles and Mark Levinson stereo. Would like to change/upgrade to a new car but the 2023 RX is a 4 cyl turbo. I do not want a 4 cyl. and a priority for me is a great sound system. I searched for a low mileage 2022 RX 350 F Sport and according to what I see, it does not look like they come with a ML stereo.
My alternative is a 2023 or 2024 Acura MDX Advance trim, which looks really nice and has a great sound system. BUT, that comes with 3 rows of seats and it is a pretty long vehicle. Wish Acura would have put out a Acura RDX Advance with a 6 cyl.
Does anyone know if I am incorrect in thinking the 2022 RX 350 F Sport does not come with Mark Levinson stereo?
Other alternatives I thought of was a 2023 Audi SQ5 Prestige Sportback which is almost perfect for me. BUT. I have always trusted Lexus & Acura reliabilty. Not sure I want to deal with an Audi. Another thing that weighs against Audi is they are still asking $8k over MSRP.
Thanks for any feedback or suggestions.

The RX turbo has more torque than the V6 and it's dual port and injection. Probably check it out before writing it off.

Owned ten Acura's but ten years ago moved to Lexus and would not go back. They were bulletproof years ago but something happened at Honda/Acura. J D Power has Lexus #1 in dependability this year and #1 22 out of the last 27 years. Acura is #21. The RX 350h averages 36 mpg the MDX 21 mpg. Friend traded in her RX 350 for a MDX. The only reason she got the MDX was cargo space. It is huge. She really misses her Lexus. Every year the RX is the #1 selling luxury SUV in units sold beating the second place finisher by 30%.

At almost 24k miles, we have been very satisfied with our 22 MDX, it's a great road trip cruiser, more so than the our 17 rx350. It's got a more commanding seating positions but the combined mpg of 19-20 is really "meh", at best. The J series engine sounds great and feels very refined in the MDX, it's the best choice if you don't want to get a turbo engine ( my sister got the new QX and it feels too heavy and sluggish for me, it's like a 90s Benz)
Acura just came out with another over the air update today for its infotainment, not that I've experienced any issues since the last update a few months ago. There was a clunk coming from the steering and it was a something that needed to be "retorqued", it's common but has been addressed and the dealership knows about it. All in all I still feel like this was the best choice, no regrets so far.
If your choosing between the RDX and RX I'd go with the RX.
Because our RX still feels a bit higher quality till this day, the door is tighter ( even after I removed it to install speakers), sitting at 84k miles.
As for Audi, every Audi owner I personally know has regretted their purchase.

I have pushed budget a bit and fallen into the realm of 55-60k CAD for a 2021/2022 RX350 Fsport 3 with red leather, with around 20,000-40,000 km mileage.
However, now I realize for the same price I am starting to see 2022 Acura MDX A spec red leather with around 25,000-45,000 km mileage.
Would anyone consider the 4thgen fully loaded RX over a new gen MDX aspec? The 5th gen RX is well over budget for me.

Depending on politics but gasoline will never be cheap again. I only buy hybrids which of course Acura does not make. Many other reasons for picking Lexus over Acura but combined mpg
RDX 23
MDX 21
RX 350 h 36
NX 350h 39

Same price and mileage for both - Would anyone consider getting the 4th gen 2021/2022 RX350 F SPORT 2/3 over the new gen 2022 MDX Aspec?

but stock for stock I would pick the mdx over the 4th gen RX. The truly most annoying thing about the MDX is actually the Stat/Stop ignition,
The 4th RX is not flawless. I think throttle response/shift point can be better, engine tick at idle sounds unrefined, can have exhaust drone at times. MDX has none none of that but the interior build quality is just ever so slightly below the RX. It does feel plush and is quiet, but just not as solid
I don't think you'll regret buying the MDX if you can utilize the 3rd row.
MDX maintenance is slightly more demanding under our driving habits, It's maintenance minder has consistently ask us to change the engine oil at around 6000 miles
