Installed a custom steering wheel with carbon fiber and red leather in my wife's RX450h fsport. the leather is a perfect match to the red interior. The fit and finish is superb. I'm a big fan of the squared off or "line" at the bottom of the steering wheel, The seating position I've found to be natural in lexus's for some reason make it seem like my knees are too close to the wheel. But when your exiting the car it has the feature to move the steering wheel up and seat back so its easy to get out, which would kinda be hard if it didnt with the extra side bolstering of the f sport seats. How much was that one if you dont mind me asking.
I paid $600. Took them about a week to build because we went back and forth on the design and the logo. My contact is Yuhang from whats app. Install was about 2 hours. Most of the time I was fighting with the springs to remove the airbag. After that, it was a breeze.
there are 3 clips holding the airbag. The one on the left is tricky to get to. Once I rotated the wheel to have the spring pointed up, it was easy peasy remove these 2 connectors this is how the wheel look without the airbag. There are 3 screws in the front, 4 in the bag.

It was $800, but I received $200 back after a core exchange (i.e., sent my old F-sport steering wheel back to the seller). So essentially ran me $600. Also got the carbon fiber shift **** for free. All in all, a good deal.

Mine was not, the USA based vendor I used would not do heated. However, most other vendors from Hong Kong and Singapore will gladly do a heated steering wheel.
You can transfer the old heating element to the new wheel. However I chose not to do that since I live in Houston and it's pretty much a useless function for me.
