Ive bought two cars there, they service both and I find them to be be very customer friendly.

 

They've always filled my tank after each recall on all three lexus vehicles over the years. Late last year i was in for a recall and they forgot to fill it up. I pointed it out and they said give us 5 mins we will get it filled up. I guess they are trying to see if they can get away with not having to. Just remind them.

I haven’t taken my RX in for the recall yet. When I took my previous ES in for the airbag recall it was almost full of gas. The service guy told me you should of brought it in on E we’d fill it up for you lol.

My cousins a parts manager for a Nissan dealer in Fl. He told me that they use the corporate Nissan credit card meant for warranty work to fill up there delivery vans. So at least Nissan doesn’t seem to have much control over that.

 

I recently had the door handle recall done, and they topped my tank off. I went in with almost 3/4 full and noticed it was over full when I picked it up. When I checked my reciept, I noted "filled 1/4 tank of gas". So that was a nice surprise for me. Had I known, I would have driven that thing to empty first. haha.
