Hi guys, I found 3 RX350 fsport at dealership in my area and none of them have moonroof? Are moonroof not standard options on the RX 350?

 

Apparently not for U.S. RX350s. You can get them as an option where it's bundled with roof rails, I believe.

Kinda strange how roof rails aren't standard either. Same with driver's memory settings and auto-dimming side mirrors. They're all standard on Canadian RXs, however.

 

The Lexus.com web site lets you build your RX. The Sunroof with Roof Rails is a $1350 option. I believe this is a way to keep the Base MSRP at a minimum. I think each dealer specifies the build according to his area, weather conditions and market conditions. I can see that in Denver, all RXs would have 4 wheel drive and sunroof.

 

same with tri beams and now even fog lights, a base model is without a ton of equipment now

 

Tri beams are still a very expensive option and somewhat rare, the standard HIDs are standard. They kill me with the silver roof rails as part of the sunroof option though. It’s very rare to find one without the sunroof in my region anyway. I had a 2007 ES350 before and leather seating was part of a optional package that 99.99% of them got it. There was a member on the forum that bought one without the leather and everybody did a doubletake it just looked so weird!
