Can someone please confirm that the back cargo cover for a 2021 RX 450h F-Sport is standard equipment? I found a vehicle that I'm interested in that is fully loaded but doesn't have the cargo cover.

The prior owner probably removed it (just like I did) and sold or traded the car without it. I found it got in the way of anything I wanted to place back there. Six years later, it's buried in my basement somewhere😁

I would say my RX 450H F-Sport is pretty much fully loaded and it did not come with a cargo cover (granted mine was used, so the previous owner could've taken it). I did not see any mention of a cargo cover included in the original window sticker. Personally I wouldn't use it anyway so it's not a big deal to me. I would say if that's the only thing missing in the fully loaded F-Sport, go for it

Somewhat related story, we took in a Honda Odyssey van on trade and the 3rd row seat
was missing. When asked the guest assured me that it was at home in the garage. Went
to the home in the trade to recover the piece and they waved me to the far corner of the
garage...there were three (3) gray cloth 3rd row benches stacked up. "Oh, those others are
from earlier vans, would you like to take them as well?"

We had a big artificial Christmas tree. It was big (10 ft), had 5 sections. It was too heavy and clumsy for us empty nesters so we decided to get a smaller on to replace it. It was still in great condition.

So a few weeks before last Thanksgiving, we loaded it into the van and brought it to the local Good Will store, hoping someone could use it.

The day after Thanksgiving, I went up to the attic to bring the Christmas decorations down.

Then I found the top section of the old tree in a corner of the attic!

The non-Lexus dealer where I'm purchasing the RX 450H F-Sport has agreed in writing (I have the signed WE OWE form) to replace the cargo cover if they are not able to find it. I'm hoping they will honor that commitment.

Those things have always gone right onto my basement shelf till I sold the car. I can't even figure out the purpose of that cargo cover. Is it made to hide valuables in the back from potential thieves? It seems like an accessory without a useful purpose.

It may be useless for most of us I take mine out on trips with luggage. It's just the principle that it was in the price I paid so I want it even if I don't use it.
When I turned in my last lease Lexus checked for it along with the manual, spare donut with jack, 2 key fobs, and original floor mats.

Look in the back under the mat, because that is where it is stored.

Are you sure about that? I know my NX had a place to store it above the spare tire, but I didn’t think the RX had that feature as the space under that cargo deck is tighter.

That is where mine lives in a 450HL

I can't speak for the 450, but the cargo cover will not fit under cover in the back of the 350 base. I use mine all the time, though, so it stays in its mounts. The cargo net is another thing. I don't think mine has been out of its storage bag behind the second row in three years of ownership.

I had forgotten, but I believe the 450hl has more room and can store the cover under the deck. I don’t believe the standard 350 and 450 models have the option.

Do you have a RX450hl? Is the spare in the trunk or under the car?

It is under the mat along with the cover. I have a 450hl.
