Historically speaking from years past, the Lexus rebate cycle is pretty predictable in how much and when.
For instance
MY20 thread we saw that $1500 from launch, all the way upto march where end of Q1 numbers game pushes it upto 2k and then around Juneish beginning of summer 3k to inspire folks to jump on the clearance bandwagon.
This year was extra special since the 3k numbers cash became available a little early to help inspire consumer confidence.

And that will remain till the end of Dec 2 remember event (unless they empty out the RXs before then which might be a thing this year actually) on MY20s which should end dec31. But thats neither here or there since MY21 is what this thread is about.

I dont remember off the top but can you go full screen carplay/android auto on both screens or is it limited to a section only?

CarPlay also shows the map on the left 2/3rds of the screen. The directions, though, are in the upper portion of the rightmost 1/3rd, so more of the map is visible. The bottom left, as I recall, shows the music selection. There could be a setting to change the behavior of CarPlay; I'm not an Apple guy and am not going to become one.
Of the two implementations I like CarPlay slightly more than AA, as it uses the widescreen more intelligently. Neither are as elegant looking as the native Lexus navigation, in my view.

If thats before any mfg to dealer cash (lexus cash, grad cash etc etc) and post any taxable dealer fees and addons, its good for this time of year.
Remember: Invoice is about 91% of MSRP. Below invoice pre-incentive and post dealer fees/add-ons is a fair deal any day of the week.
And as always ask around your geographic radius with vehicles that are similar at competing dealers.
