Wheel balance is a strong possibility. Looseness in front suspension joints would be another.

What dibl said, plus have them re-balanced with a road force machine by some one who knows how to use it as the problem could be the tires themselves.

I just had a similar situation with my ES FSport - developed a front end vibration, had all four wheels balanced but still no good. Brought it to the dealer and they used the road force machine and vibration now gone. Moral of the story - all wheel balancing is not alike.

I test drove it again today, and at 90-100 mph, the steering wheel/seat doesn't shake, but you can definitely feel something in the steering wheel. its not 100% smooth, probably like 90% smooth and 10% play in the steering wheel.

Is the steering wheel supposed to feel completely smooth at 90-100mph? Its 100% smooth at 80mph

I also looked at the wheels, seems like wheel balancing was done in the past because there are some new weights that were added, and some removed from the leftover adhesive residue. probably will take it to the dealer to get it checked.

tire pressure seems to be same on all 4, right rear tire was 1ps off though.

got the wheels balanced at the local lexus dealership, and wheels were out of balance by 0.5
test drove it goes to 100mph smooth...pretty sure it will also prevent premature wear and tear of the tires and suspension also

is there anything I can do to prevent the weights from falling off? I was thinking of aluminum tape, but won't that alter the balance?

Yes indeed - park the car, lock the doors and throw away the keys. Never worry about losing a wheel weight again

i dont drive 90-100mph. I was just driving that fast to diagnose any vibration the suv might have. I didn't notice it @ 80mph, when driving from Michigan to Ohio when I bought the vehicle.
in retrospect, I should have test drove it at higher speed before buying the car, but I didn't bother as it was CPO.
