Default What part is this for 2018 RX 350 F Sport?

I just recently took the vehicle to the dealer to take care of a few recalls and when the vehicle was returned to me I found this on the front passenger seat. It's some kind of small screw with a rubber washer. Does anyone know what it is or where I can find out were it is from? I did a quick google search on it which yielded no results. The only identifiable thing I can say about it is on the backside it has the number "4" at the top and a capital R in a triangle with "<TPE>" written next to it at the bottom. I had the vehicle in to replace the front indoor handles, to replace the fuel pump, and have an ECM update. Maybe it's an old part that was replaced or maybe it fell out of a technician's pocket while they were sitting in the seat, BUT I just hope the technician didn't forget a part while working on the door handles or somewhere else. It doesn't seem like anything is loose as I don't hear any rattling when I drive. Thanks for any input you can provide!

I think that is the screw that holds the engine down. Just kidding. It looks like a rubber foot bump stop-like screw. I see there is one of them on my RX350 door and probably on the front hood also. For some reason this picture got rotated. The bottom of the front door is the black part on the right side.

Like jrobe said, It looks like a bumper from a door or hood. I would look around the car for a similar bumper, then a screw hole where a bumper should be.
Another thing to do is go back to the dealer with the paperwork that identifies the mechanic and have a word with the service advisor. Ray A.
