Got an email today that said Alexa is now integrated into Enform.
Can anyone comment about how well it works? Anything useful with it? Is it worth subscribing to get that capability?

I have been using it regularly since it came with a firmware update on my 2017 RX-450h, and like it very much -- when it works. It has an attractive interface that shows album art for all songs (doesn't rely on Lexus' out-of-date Gracenote database version) in the large portion of the RX display screen. To get it to work with my iPhone, I've found that I must have the Enform App Suite app loaded and displayed on my iPhone screen before I start the engine. If I don't have it displayed on my iPhone when the engine starts, it will fail to connect. It supports most but not all Alexa functions. Notable exceptions include that it can't make phone calls or play Apple Music. It plays Amazon Music well, however. The Enform Apps Suite does not have a subscription fee, so it is definitely worth trying. If Lexus and Apple could figure out how to get it to connect without having the Enform App Suite app displayed on an iPhone, it would be much more reliable, less frustrating, and more compelling to use. I'd love it if I could simply keep the Enform App Suite loaded on my iPhone and not even have to take it out of my pocket.
Glad to answer any other questions that you have about it.
