Default Loose Interior Trim

1.5 year old 2020 RX350 purchased new. Noticed this while driving home. A Pillar trim detached itself quite a bit. I've only ever seen interior trim detached on a rental Volvo.

I works guess someone grabbed it on the way in our out of car. Just pop it back in.

On the positive side, dashcam hardwiring will be much easier! Joking aside, that is strange.

There's an airbag under that piece of trim, so the trim is harnessed to the frame with a thick nylon strap that ends with a 90-degree twist through a slot. The purpose of the strap is to keep the trim piece from taking your head off when the bag explodes out of the cavity, but it is one SOB to get loose so you can run your dashcam wire behind the bag safely. That was the hardest part of wiring my dual dashcam -- both A-pillars, passenger side for the cable from the rear cam and driver side for the power cable.

Would be very grateful it if could you explain how to re- tighten ( or replace) the nylon strap so the trim is tight again
Any advice would much appreciated, thank you
