Rim repairs are subcontracted out. There are many such services around, we have a couple here. I had this done on one of my winter wheels after an unfortunate incident. Was a lot less than replacing the wheel and you couldn't tell anything was done. Use the dealer for convenience, understanding they will make their cut. You can find them yourself and possibly save a few bucks.

I just had a wheel repaired. If I took the car to the shop, it would be around $150, instead they came to my home and and repaired in my driveway for $250. I was willing to pay extra for the convenience and speed so I can move on to other things.
The price will vary a little depending on the amount of damage.

I shared this before on this topic. I got the tire & rim protection from Lexus since curbs just jumps out in front of my wife's RX.
When she scrapes at least (2) I have them repaired at Lexus with no deductible. So waiting for one more rim/wheel before a service trip.
