I had the very same buzzing sound. I fixed it by prying out that piece. I insulated that with felt and from now on it’s dead quiet. I pried it out from the dash where I indicated with a red arrow.

It was my toll transponder causing the noise...its weird...it was resonating and the sound looked like it was coming from the steering wheel. Had to pay $192 for diagnosis :-(

I have the same issue too, started somewhat recently to be honest. It annoys me but I want to know if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. I am going to go to the dealership soon.
But I also did read some people mention that in the colder weather some parts might make more noise, but all throughout the Canadian winter it was perfect. Only started happening like 2 weeks ago. What seems to be happening, is when I go under harsh roads it definitely happens. But also in the last two videos I was in my parking garage, yet the same issue happens. Surprisingly, some times it does not even happen, then other times it does.
For instance, I was driving to my friends place today and it was happening. But then when I was driving with him, it does not happen. Then on the way back it was not happening at all.
Then yesterday, I was driving with my gf and it was going crazy; but I also was on a rough road that seems to jossel the car. But then if I'm making a turn it seems to have the vibrating noise also...
Below are some videos of the disturbance... so you can understand my frustration

I had the similar noise. Dealer fixed it by removing the lower dash panel on driver side and felted the wire harness.
issue got resolved. No more noise.

Tried to gingerly pry mine up as have the same problem but chickened out! Didn't want to break any connection points, etc. Can you describe what you used to pry with and how hard it was to get the piece to move (in one piece lol)?
