Anyone have this issue? Have a 2020 RX that I got pre-owned about a month ago. Upon startup of the vehicle in the map view, located the bottom left will be a GPS icon with a slash through it. It will often showcase me as being miles off of my correct location. As I drive the icon will move with me as well. Took it to the Lexus dealer, they have no clue. They said they 'reset' the GPS, but right after visiting the dealer that GPS icon was still there and they just shrugged their shoulders. Issue still persists. What is even stranger, is that some FM stations will distort and go out of signal while in reverse. Dealer hasn't been any help. Guessing its a bad antenna. Anyone experience any issues with the GPS like this? Thanks.
Here's a "SWAG". Try re-calibrating the compass. You never know... Nothing in the manual about doing this but you have nothing to lose and it doesn't cost you any $$$.
Look on page 347 of the owners manual and recalibrate the compass. The vehicle may have been in a different area of the country before you bought it. BTW what is the cheese doing on your nav screen?
When you drive into another state it welcomes you and displays a picture of a local stereotype...
WI is next to the OP's Iowa and must have screen shot when it appeared.
