I'd say that looks very good.

I am a fan of cosmetic projects, but I feel like the money would be better spent on performance enhancements. Can you get an aftermarket exhaust that has custom tips?

I've seen several different quad set ups for the RX. Typically, they require a new lower fascia or bumper. The set ups are expensive, the cover requires paint and prep. The performance return would be small. I've kind of given up any hope of getting performance gains out of the RX 350. Chips don't work, because the ECU will over ride them. You can probably buy a performance air filter or intake. You can run premium fuel. But you will never get a 2 ton box with a 6 cylinder to really perform. At least not without putting big bucks in it. There is one thing...my 2018 Camry XSE V6 had 6 more HP with the same engine and ran on regular. So, somehow there's 6 more HP in this Lexus engine running on regular. I can't figure out where it is, bigger injectors, different ECU programming, different exhaust? I'd love to get that 6HP if I knew where it was. I also have a Mustang, a 70 GS 455, a 69 442 and a 67 GS 400 for fun driving.

Probably weight & ECU programming. With a little research I'm sure somebody would do a custom tune for the RX. For me the 6 extra HP isn't worth sailing this boat any faster plus it's my wife's RX anyway.
I too have something a little sportier to drive when done sailing with the wife. What caught my attention to your post was the 1970 & 1967 Buicks. My dad gave me his 69 GS 400 when I was in high school, but like any bone-headed kid I wanted a new car and sold it. Dad told me that I would regret that sale when I get older, and he was correct.
