Of course you can. I would. And everything else you can talk your way out of.

Default Buy now or wait for winter special?

Hello, looking to purchase a 2022 RX. Want specific features/options and color which makes it hard to find the vehicle I’m looking for. Finally found one, dealer wiling to sell it to me for msrp. 2.99% financing for 60 months. Should I buy now or wait till December? I know Lexus is known to have winter specials in terms of interest rates (pretty sure the car will still sell for sticker). I know the new rx is hitting the dealerships soon, but I prefer the current outgoing model. I don’t desperately need a vehicle right now (I have a lease from another company that I plan on buying and then selling, have pretty good equity). Just worried I may not get my color combo and car with my desired features if I pass on this one. Thanks

It's only money. A bird in the hand. Etc.

it's not going to get easier to find a leftover 2022 with a specific option and color combination. And I wouldn't bet a donut that interest will be going down any time soon. Better make your move.

If this is the car you want, buy it. Even if there is a "December to remember", there are no guarantees you will get what you want. And we are in strange times, indeed...
Good luck.

I reckon there won't be any 22's left by December and if there are, they will be the less describable colors and options.
The 2023 will certainly come with a price increase.

Looking to buy an RX350 and this market has me bewildered. Which is the best buy;

- New 2022 for $55k
- 2020 with 30k miles for $48k
- 2018 with 20k miles for $42k
- wait for the 2023 for $60k

With such low depreciation I am struggling to see the savings in buying used. And, with the 2023 coming I am struggling to see the reason to buy a new 2022. Help!

I'd go with the 2022. The used ones are a bit pricey. The 2023 (I believe) will have a 4cyl.

Don't go used, doesn't make sense. New is going to be a matter of preference.and waiting and these questions:
--Will you be able to get a 2023 at MSRP or same premium as 2022?
--How do you feel about the old infotainment?
--How soon do you want/need it?

for me Fuel economy and newer tech, including infotainment are important so the 2023 4 Cylinder Hybrid (350h) would make most sense.

I would go with the 2022 new.
Depends how you feel about V6 vs turbo 4. I personally wanted a V6. The tech in the 2022 has CarPlay which was a must for me.
Good luck!

Just my 2 cents. There are 3 types/packages you may want to consider, Base, Premium and Luxury. Each come with different options included. What are the options you want? The 2020 to 2022 are all the same, no changes. I would go for a 2020 Luxury over a 2022 base. That is just my opinion, as they say your mileage may vary.

I am looking to Finance a 2022 RX 350. I am trying to reach few dealers around to see any dealer discounts but no luck yet. Does anyone think that is even possible at this moment or is it pretty much MSRP. Thanks.
