This is straight from the website (RX, under SAFETY):
ADAPTIVE FRONT LIGHTING SYSTEM
The available Adaptive Front Lighting System* can help you see around corners for increased visibility and safety. This is made possible by directing the angle of illumination by way of the steering and speed sensors as they sense the vehicle entering a turn.
Well, I have 22 RX450h L and I can confirm I do have cornering lights, very obvious when making turns in the dark, at least in slow speed (5-10mph). And I do have experience with Porsche Cayenne's STATIC CORNERING Lights; technology-wise not sure the difference between the two (rx v. cayenne) BUT in usage, looks similar in function--further illuminating dark corners into the turn. Looking at the options sheet (window sticker), nothing stands out for the cornering light option; however, I do have the luxury package, so not sure if that makes a difference.

I don't think 22 RX has adaptive lighting in any grade.
23 will though.
The current lights adjust beam angle up and down and if you have cornering lights they will light if your speed is less than about 15 mph and steering is turned it car is in reverse.

They are an option on every model of the 22 RX except the L’s.

You and Myoboku both have it on your L”s. Not unusual to have ordering options changed as the model year goes on. This was obviously an option on the L at some point in time that has been eliminated on the late year MY22 L models.

1975 is adaptive like my old 05 rx330 where the actual housing inside the headlights move up and down and left to right. It turns when you turn and levels off so your headlights are not in the trees when there's 500 extra# in the trunk.
This 1975 headlight option, HUD and 360 cam is the hardest to find options in the 22my... With all the production delays for supply chain shortage.
That being said, I just took delivery of my white with circuit 450 f sport handling on Tuesday for 62910, that's MSRP.
Installed full alarm remote starter with drone mobile, comma ai c3, qi phone charger and clock mounted clip phone mount, modified the arm rest pad to hide money and stuff.

Times, they are a Changin, again (props to Bob Dylan). I received this text today from the Lexus dealer where I bought my 2020:

Rumors of improved new car pricing appear to be true.

It’s great that yours does but the short buy by date of Oct 15th leads me to believe there are unknown reasons why the large discounts. I would expect some December to Remember discounts but then again, discounts are given to stimulate sales. If they are still having inventory problems during the holidays, who knows?
The offer was legit as I verified myself. They are also one of the few dealerships that have agreed to sell their most common inventory out-of-state.
