It's a coin flip at this point. You can wait for the December and end up with very limited options, or you could have leftover surplus that would yield a better deal for you. Talk to the dealers. Sewell is the biggest one, talk to Craig Gunnis, ask him what he thinks will happen in December. He's at Sewell Dallas. Tell him Vlad recommended to ask for his honest opinion. If you're flexible on colors and options you might score better in December.

 

It will depend on the dealer stock and market situation on the day you are actually trading. The dealer will not honor the trade value appraised at a much earlier date. If you're lucky and they have a good demand for the particular car you're trading, they might even appraise it higher, but most likely they will try to play their games and give you lower quote. In this case get quotes from Carvana and such and then compare it with dealer trade value (and don't forget to include tax savings if trading to dealer).

Good News I hope.. I just randomly sent my salesman an E Mail asking if there is any update on my RX.. He said they are getting any day one thats a Nebula Grey which I wanted anyway, had 5K miles on it as a Lexus Corporate car.....BTW... For those that have Nebula Grey / Birch Interior, What color are your floor mats, Grey or Black? UPDATE. I found out its black.. anyway doing the paper work online. Cours they are wanting me to get one or more all those packages that I never get then I see the payment and the interest rate of 5.5% and when I asked where that came from she. said "The interest rate is 5.5% because it was submitted as a standard rate. I just resubmitted over to Lexus and you will quality for the 2.99%"... Not sure what thats all about.. Wonder what % Id got had I not asked about it.. Anyway guess Ill get it Monday , since it has 5K miles on it, they are doing the 5K service on it while they have it.

 

In case someone is still looking for an RX350 2022. I talked to a dealer in Michigan and they were willing to give at least 5% off MSRP on both FWD and AWD version. It looks like deeper discount might be possible toward to end of the month but inventory is getting thin around Chicago area.

Located at Florida. Purchased a 2022 RX 350L FWD mid November for 60.5k OTD with no trade in. Sticker was at 59.6k. With dealer adds on (tints, door edge guards and nitrogen tire refills), I was quoted at around 67k. With 2023 coming out there are definitely huge discounts on the 2022 model.

 

Could it be that is a fwd gas lwb car that has been sitting forever? Carfax will tell you how long it's been on the lot for. Or your build date. My October delivery was built completed 3 weeks prior.

 

I believe the sticker on the door jam says 09/22. Bought it at 8 miles. Already at 400 miles. Actually went in for a different RX that was supposed to be delivered to the dealership at the same day. That one was sticker at 56.8k, then got it at 58k OTD but apparently the vehicle got “delayed” and no idea when it will show up so went for the other RX on the lot.

 

Just purchased 2022 RX350 trading 2019 RX350. Purchase price $55,850 Discounts ($2,500) + ($500 0 black friday) + ($5000 equity on tradein) = $47,350
JMLexus in FL, a top 3 US largest dealer does not charge dealer fees.

Decision was based on not paying for premium gas on 2023+

Just bought a 0 miles 2022 RX 350 with the Executive package. (AWD ) The executive package is every option execept the F Sport themed stuff.

$4.500 off List , Traded in my 2015 LS 460L with limo package.I have had 3 LS's wanted something easier to park, a vehicle I could take stuff to the boat in, and had better visibilty.

The RX is much quieter than the LS. I think the double glaas helps. My Service Advisor encouraged me to buy the old style RX
