One AC Vent not blowing air (2016 RX350)
Out of nowhere the center driver side vent stopped blowing air. I was switching from AC to heat while driving and it just stopped. All other vents blow air at the correct temperature and speed (although the driver side vent by the door seems a little weaker than usual). Back vents working fine as well. The vent door is open and I’ve scrolled through the various options/buttons. Any thoughts?

A possibility would be a faulty blend door actuator. If the cars' computer is detecting it, an OBD II scanner should display the fault. If you don't have a scanner Autozone will do it for you for free.

Any solutions?
I have the exact same issue, driver side center outlet is closed no air comes out from it. Is there a known issue or repair diy video for our model? I could not find one for this model.

Seems to be a number of posts on this issue on other Lexus models - see https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...ash-vents.html , among others . Short summary seems to point to servo motors deep in the dash and reinitialization via dealer software often fixes the issue without expense of replacing the servo motors.

I replaced a blend door actuator once on a Lexus Rx. It is a small plastic part that flips a vent door open and closed when activated to allow air to flow through the vent. It is an inexpensive part but, of course, requires getting back into the dash to replace it. As I recall, the process was something like this for me although it depends on where in the dash the problem is. It was a part like this.
