Default OBDII Scanner say Rain Sensor Code P1014

Hi,

I noticed my local dealer fixed the AC problem in my RX but using the Bluedriver OBDII scanner, I noticed this error code:
1 Rain Sensor Code
P1014 LT Connection (GND Short)

The dealer cleared the code and I drove the vehicle a number of miles and it came back.

Did anyone else see this issue? What's the fix if so.

I talked to one Service Advisor and he couldn't find it online for the error code.

Thanks.

Is your car still under warranty? If so, the dealer can't just say that he can't find it online. Doesn't he have help available from Lexus?

Yes, I'll be going back to dealer on it. Lexus has backend help. The SA tried to pull it up and that code didn't come up on his computer.

I did a web search and can't find it for Lexus. Maybe the BlueDriver misdiagnose?

I emailed Bluedriver.

I check the oil and it's not 5K miles from last oil change yet.

Here's their response. Not sure what it is really saying. Dirty oil or oil pressure measurement issue?

I guess I'll email them back.

If the BlueDriver is reporting it then so would your vehicles ECU as we only display the information given by the vehicle.

I did find this description and possible causes online for this code.

P1014: Exhaust camshaft position (CMP) actuator, bank 2-incorrect park position
Possible Causes: Engine oil level/pressure, mechanical fault
