Display shows Lexus logo, then black
2016 RX350. 287k miles.
Emergency medical transport SUV
State Patrol mechanic recommends replace by 300k.
After colorful Lexus logo, no white page about safe driving.
No icons.
No GPS. No radio/CD.
Want fan-forced fresh air but any fan speed also turns on the air conditioner.
Mirrors no longer fold in.
Otherwise runs well.
Battery was disconnected for one hour before called on an emergency transport.
Still black.
Anything else I should try?
Dealer wants $195 to diagnose. Said a refurbished radio, which apparently contains everything, would be pricy.

Lexus 2017 RX blank backlit screen after Lexus logo
I’m having the same issue after getting an aftermarket immobiliser alarm fitted. 2017 Rx450h. Climate controls all work, if I press the cd eject button I can hear the mechanism working but nothing on the screen.
I found the same behaviour from a video on YouTube
Did you manage to resolve this for your vehicle?
I don’t know what it could be? I’ve disconnected the battery but no luck.
