Broken drivers.lexus.com site and a fix
I used Lexus' owners site a lot when doing research on vehicle inventory before purchasing my 2020 RX new. Once an owner, I've used it to enter DIY service events and to find information about the vehicle. I noticed a few weeks ago that detailed vehicle information was missing (no options shown for my VIN, other than all-weather mats). After performing an oil change on Sunday I tried to enter the task in the service history, and the site was unusable. Trying to save the entry resulted in a generic error, the vehicle service history was present, but unsorted, and the vehicle information page was essentially blank. Here's a summary of what the pages showed:
I reported this to Lexus (and may have compared them to Kia.... ). I was impressed that they got back to me quickly, requested more information, and replied a day later with fix information. According to the message I received last night my experience is a known issue and will be fixed with a release scheduled for tomorrow, Sept 15. I'll probably wait until the 16th to try to enter the service again, and will report here on the status. If it's really fixed, I might have to apologize for my Kia crack...
I am curious if others have seen issues with drivers.lexus.com in recent days and weeks.

Not experiencing amazing from drivers.lexus.com yet. The promised fix of Sept 15 did not materialize, apparently. Not one of the issues that I reported to Lexus has been fixed as of this morning. I'll remind them of their commitment...

If researching the vehicle itself before purchase is your goal, you have a lot of alternatives. I wouldn't rely on Lexus Drivers solely, if that is what you are doing. Or, for entering service records, I would highly recommend CarFax.

One issue I had was that my 2016 CT (which was totaled (not my fault), at some point just after it was given a salvage title, the vehicle disappeared from my lexus drivers site not through my own choosing. I actually wanted some of the information that I had there and fortunately was able to get it next time I stopped by a Lexus dealer. Not sure if this was standard practice, but did unnerve me.

For what it’s worth, I’ve heard from more than one dealership the Lexus.com site had been hacked repeatedly. Normally I’d dismiss as a jr sales person making excuses for vehicle delivery delays, etc. but heard from several dealerships and some had some very specific details saying the US Govt was involved, etc.
Hopefully not spreading gossip (or bad excuses!) but different dealerships in different cities told me the same thing.

I did find that I still had the information on my Lexus phone app. I was afraid that all the data was no longer accessible. I made an appointment for service and they were able to read off the service including recent service.

The site is still broken for me as of today (9/17/22). I've tried it from Edge and Chrome on a Windows machine, an iPad with whatever goofy browser Apple uses, and Firefox on Android. All have the identical broken experience, so it's definitely not a browser issue.

This sounds like an issue with your account, most likely. Do you have any sort of VPN or other network you're connecting with as well?
Of note, when I first open the page, my car's info says "0" for mileage, etc. as well, but only for a split second before everything loads. I wonder if whatever's happening to update those details is failing for you for some reason.
