I have a 2018 RX350L, and I want to move the crossbars on the roof rack. I see where there is a lock and unlock, but when unlocked it does not move. I noticed predrilled and threaded holes which match part of the mounting. Does it require removing the bolts and relocating them to the predrilled holes? If so, does anyone know the bit type and size to remove the bolts?
