Default 2016 RX350 Fuse Box Details for Parking Assist and Stop Light

2016 Lexus RX350, On a very cold day, my car battery is discharged and I had to jump start the car. After that, two Issues:
1. I am getting a Parking Assist Malfunction message.
2. My shift is stuck in 'P', I had to open the small hole next to the shifter to use a screw driver to shift it out of 'P'. I noticed when I press break pedal, only the horizontal light on the back window comes on.

Are there some related fuses that I need to check first?
I was hoping to find some info like this for 2016 model but unable to.

I checked those that are crossed out from the linked images but nothing blown.

Thanks

A weak or otherwise malfunctioning battery can cause a multitude of random electronic problems. I don't think a blown fuse will cause a "Parking Assist Malfunction" message. Have your battery tested before you pull all your fuses out. Even a fairly new battery can go bad unexpectedly. let us know how you make out.

Couple thoughts: How old is the battery? If it's original, it's 7 years old. Replace it. If it's newer, as jcg says, get the battery load tested at either a shop you trust, or most auto supply places and go from there. By the way, did you by any chance reverse the jumper cables while jumping it?

Thanks. good thoughts. I bought the car used at 2018, so probably original. I would change the battery first. Will report back.

Changed the battery last night, still have both issues. Will drive one or two days to see if the error code will clear by itself. Anything else I could try before sending to dealer?

You might try cleaning the parking assist sensors. Very quick and easy peasy. Here's a video to show you how:

Brought it to the dealer, seems i misplaced one of the fuse that caused the shifter issue.
The left front sensor is dead and dealer has quoted me 770CAD including tax.

If you are not inclined to do it yourself, an independent shop could easily fix it for half as much or even less. It is not a complicated procedure.

Just a follow up. Dealership quoted me 2 hours to do the work + 1 hour to do the 'calibration'. from reading internet, i thought there is some special programming needed that requires special 'lexus' equipment. But that is not the case, I went to an independent garage and the labor is 1 hour.

Yes, replacing a sensor is just plug n play. Google it. You could find plenty of good sensors on EBay, even ones that would match your paint color.
