I actually like that stretched look. I would definatly buy because third row is really for emergency seating only. But when folded down should give me even more cargo space which is a plus. And being a Lexus with better quality than a Highlander or Pilot is just icing on an already tasty cake.

[QUOTE=PDF84;9240750]I was dropping off my GS today at Park Place Plano for service today and snapped a few pics of the three 2016's they had out back. IMO the 2016 looks fantastic and even better in person. I see an upgrade for my wife in the near future.[/QUOTE
I guess this radical front end us like buttermilk. Either you love it or ya hate it. Certainly made me speed up my purchase by a year and I got one of the 2015 models.

2 things
1. SRT is a trim, not a brand. Its still a dodge/jeep (depending on the model), and worse, its owned by Fiat. The "SRT" brand was nothing but Fiats way to try to separate the performance brand off for $$ and EPA reasons. So, its a Dodge/Jeep/Fiat no matter how you spin it.
2. The GC SRT8s are terrible, their buyback rate is ridiculous. I have 2 friends that have owned them, and BOTH have been bought back within 8 months of ownership.

1. Relax, no need to get all technical.
2. No one asked for your opinion re GC SRT.

2. This is an open forum, I enjoyed his opinion and learned about the SRT brand and buyback rate. He is free to voice his opinion and did so neutrally IMO.
I think you might be taking it a little personally?

You definitely will not find the level of refinement and luxury in a Highlander, but it seems like space and carrying capacity seems to be your top priority.
Well supposedly, Lexus is planning another model to offer the third row...supposedly the TX (name already trademarked), but we'll see (there have been a few spy photos of a 3-row Lexus SUV)...maybe lease one of those bigger SUVs for now and checkin with Lexus again in a few years.
