Lift Points
Can someone with a service manual please post the diagram indicating the proper RX 4th Gen lift points? Thank you. I know where the floor jack approved points are and have used them (make sure you have a floor jack rated to lift the RX's weight).
Also a note to those considering installing running boards, you cannot use a floor jack with a pinch weld adapter as the running boards impede the head of the floor jack. You can still us the factory supplied scissors jack that comes with your RX.

I'm interested in all of this as well.
Decent floor jacks are expensive and taking up too much room, so I got a 20 Ton bottle jack that can lift up to 18". Is that OK to use? I know my rx weighs under 2.5 tons per google research.
I am planning to install running boards. I cannot picture what you mean by "cannot use a floor jack with a pinch weld adapter as the running boards impede the head of the floor jack." yet. Hope I get all the stuff correct when time comes.

The two points shown in Post #6 are the lift points for the entire front end (both tires off of the ground) and the entire back end. Then you can put jack stands at the side areas shown in Post #11 if you want your car elevated and level.

Wouldn't putting jack stands @ the pinch welds damage/bend the pinch welds?
