Our car is on the Consumer Reports cover!
New Consumer Reports magazine shows a green RX-350h on the cover of this month's issue. Interesting in that they have not even completed their testing of the car yet!

It takes time & repetitive usage to navigate button functions & touchscreen menus on modern cars.
Talking Cars crew has a car a couple days with a car and they give their opinion of the car. Great! I understand when they talk about drivers visibility. I understand when they discuss seating position. I understand when they talk about things related to road noise. I understand when they talk about engine power and fuel economy........ These are all things that any driver already knows about and can interpret.
But when they start talking about being confused by the tech on vehicles and how "frustrating" it is to manipulate thru the tech options & tech menus......this is where the Talking Cars crew is showing their Old Age attitude. Afraid to learn new things.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with the steering wheel button mapping on any 2023 Lexus. My 2023 Lexus lease is a fantastic vehicle. Probably the best vehicle I've ever had the opportunity to use. And yes...... When I first took possession of the vehicle the steering wheel buttons were a little confusing but after the first month of having the vehicle in my possession my fingertips were tapping through the whole menu selections like Stevie Wonder playing a piano blind.

Great points above. I have no issues at all with the steering wheel controls. In fact, with the HUD, I hardly ever look down at the instrument cluster. That is just a safer way to drive. They did not mention it in their short writeup and, since the car is still in test, it does not qualify for "best" in class. I find all the controls pretty intuitive, even the door buttons.

CR Car issue arrived today and the RX isn't reviewed except for a a short, but favorable description. It's due for a full review along with the new Accord, Prius, Crown, BMW IX and X1, CRV Hybrid, Lucid Air and some others.
