I would love to see a Michelin Cross Climate 2 in 21” but I don’t see it.

Interesting tire...we live in snow country and require a full snow tire, but this tire gets very positive reviews regarding snow traction, and it has a very snow tire-like tread pattern...reviews are generally very good, high marks for snow, somewhat more middling for wet conditions.
Could be a contender.

I will pretty much have to go with the Cross Climate (I have had great luck with Michelins over the years although our current Defender LTXes are meh.) since my fave Nokian WRG3/4 all-weather do not come in the right size. Even the Cross Climate will be slightly different, but very close to OEM.
We travel into the mountains to ski and in BC, winter tires are required on mountain passes, but the Cross Climate is acceptable. There are a couple of other all weather tires, but I've not checked them out yet for sizing. One would have thought there would be more options for Lexus, esp. in the now popular larger sizes up to 21".

Yeah, Hakkas are the best by far. I would have them if we lived in a true mountain town like Revelstoke BC, but in much of the area, there are dry(ish) roads that lead to the ski areas and a studded winter Hakka would be overkill.
My personal experience with the WRG series has been excellent even in big snow in the mountains. As good a sa true snow tire? No, but then no second set of tires, no extra rims with TPMS, not changeovers. And if the weather is that bad, I'll just stay put and wait it out. There are worse things than getting stuck at a ski area on a powder day!

If there are 21" Cross Climate 2 that fit my 350h, that will be what I want. I think i looked and it did not come in the same size I have mounted. I put them on my F150 Platinum truck and they we awesome at Beach Mountain during ski season. They are quiet, had great handling and wore well. They are not cheap but worth the cost if you need them.

I was checking steel wheels as I was hoping I might be able to use the ones from my 2019 RX. I noticed one of the options is 18" that matches the model that I currently have. Has anyone tried?

this is the best formula. use it as winters for a few and then when the all seasons wear out you can end upwith a one tire solution all year around which is what i have done for the last 2 years.

RX500 Tire Size
I am looking to get a set of wheels (i.e., a second set) for the winter. The stock size on my RX500 is 235/50R21. I am wondering if I can put a wider tread on for winter, like a 255? Thank you.
