I see that the Apple app was updated yesterday to version 2.1.5. I installed that just now but all of the problems still exist for me. My iPhone is up to date and as I stated before, it’s not clear how to know what the car software is.

The car software versions can easily be seen in settings, scroll down to software update, tap model info.

But even if we all post the car software, as you’ll see in the settings menu, I think it may be confusing since there’s several different software numbers controlling different parts of the vehicle. And to add to the confusion, Lexus has different software versions depending on whether it’s an NX or RX and whether the software was installed at the dealership or over-the-air.

Is there some “settings” option in the car itself that you are talking about? If so, exactly where is this? I don’t think you’re talking about a settings option in the app. Or are you?

Yep exactly. Tap model info and show the software number. I think we’ve eliminated all the possible causes except the software versions. This is a very puzzling issue lol
