Default What is in the USB Phone Charging Cable Kit?

I have seen this on some of the window stickers for allocated RX350s "USB Phone Charging Cable Kit - $85.00".
Is that something useful or is it literally a USB charging cable?

Includes 4 cables for use inside the car for charging in the front/rear.
Useful.......eh.......eh......yes, but way too much for standard cables. Online pricing will beat $85 any day of the week.
Includes 2 USB-C to USB-C; 1 USB-C to Lightning; and 1 USB-A to Lightning.
I think this is the correct configs. Can provide pics later if requested.

It’s a new port installed option on the window sticker unfortunately.

$85? LOL Charge cables are a buck or two each. Except for Apple.

These port added items are excessively over priced.

$85 is an insult but typical.

Yes, I am "getting" this in mine. Like I had a choice. As noted above, its basically $15 worth of cables with an "L" on them - for $85. I am also "getting" $780 worth of door and cargo sill lights - I barely drive at night anymore. They tossed everything into mine, I have the highest MSRP priced 350 I have ever seen in all my dealer and inventory searches. But at this point, after waiting this long, I just want the car at any price really.

Could you provide pictures? I’ve seen this option on stickers and always wondered if they come in a case and what the cables look like. Thank you

If it's in the build, you have no choice but to take it as there is no "build to order" on this car. Perhaps there never will be, Lexus (Toyota) doesn't seem to have a production process flow that allows "send to the line" options ordering for customers, like BMW does. And I doubt they are working on one, as long as sales are robust enough, why should they? These cables will join my $90 rear bumper applique. It is what it is, I am looking forward to finally getting the car.

Canada only gets packages. If you want those USB cables three is probably a package for them. I would have loved the all-around camera system, but not if I have to get 10 grand of other stuff.

That's why I'm asking - it seems weird for Lexus to add that option to a window sticker. I mean, why would they even care about $50 profit on a small accessory??

Yeah, it seems silly but the only option is to see if dealership would reduce price a bit for some of these silly add-ons. I know you don't have much leverage when you're on a waitlist.

Yes, better to not sweat the small stuff like this and enjoy your RX when you get it.

Here ya go. Imagine them being ever so neatly zip tied and bound, in like new packaging. Yup, I was forced to purchase - as it was the given option on the window sticker. Dealer has to make money somehow, I guess.
