I'm curious which interior color is the most popular on the RX 500h - black or red? I love the red, but then I saw the Iridium exterior color in the showroom and fell in love and had to have it. And the black interior looked best with Iridium (silver).

I would bet on black. After having the dye from my jeans transfer to several of my Lexus seats, I have been on black ever since. I would worry a little about red fading but Lexus uses the best and suspect it would not be a problem for many years.

Nothing wrong with a black interior, but UV/ceramic window tinting is a must with it.

I have ventilated seats so they will cool off fast.

I would have ordered red if it was not an insane package upcharge. With pearl white.

With red only available on the F Sports Handling and Peformance, it definitely isn’t red.

I like the black interior. I personally find the red a bit too tacky especially when the vehicles gets older.

I took the interior that came with the car. It's a two-tone Birch with Black. The Birch is really light gray. Even the headliner and pillars are black.

I like red but also felt like black was the better choice. I think the Iridium exterior color is stunning - it's a much nicer color in person than in photos to me. If you're factoring in trade-in value later, I think you would be able to sell/trade a black interior for more than red.
