Were these engine issues just for the 2.5l turbo (i.e. not the hybrid model)? Anyone experienced issues with their 23/24 hybrid?

Hi! I'm currently dealing with trying to get Lexus to buyback my 2023 RX350. I have had the Blindspot Monitor and Rear Cross Traffic Alert fail at least 4-5 times with Lexus being unable to fix the problem. I went through their "required" NCDS process and was denied a buyback because "the car still drives." That was the defense Lexus used and I couldn't believe the mediator bought it, but then again, NCDS is funded entirely by Car Manufacturers so it definitely seems like a biased process. I'm going to hire a lawyer, but was wondering if you were successful directly with Lexus.

I would really appreciate any insight you have to winning your case. My issue is a repeated System Malfunction. Did you have the same problem?

By the way, I'm looking for a refund as, after 5 Lexus vehicles, I will never buy one again. This experience has totally put me off them altogether. They said the features are "options" and a driver shouldn't rely on them working.
