I have enough confidence in my '23 RX350 Pemium+ to undergo a 2500+ mile trip Dallas to the Colorado mountains next week. I currently have about 3000 miles on it without any issues.

This should be a good test of the various road conditions besides the big city driving test. Too much of that in my life.

I'm really sorry to hear about all the problems on you new car(s). Hope Lexus finds a fix soon.

So wish me the best it could be a long tow!

That's bad. Anyone facing early and huge problems should look at that big pile of booklets you get with the car (Maintenance Schedule, etc) and find the Lemon Law booklet....

I was able to receive a full buyback without the lemon law. It is an option as well though. (still took awhile, even being expedited)

What are you buying to replace the lemon?

technically, it isn't a lemon. It'll be sold at auction, once repaired(?) with a branded title (buyback). Audi or Acura is our next venue..We had a total of 7 rx's and this was the last.

Before buying my 350h, I considered an Acura MDX and the Genesis GV80. Good luck with what ever you decide.

I think all of us shopped the same set of vehicles. The only other SUV I really liked was the new Range Rover Sport - $25K more and their quality ratings are lousy. So I really hope this RX works out for me.

The MDX is fine, but I don't need the rear seating and the infotainment system is dated, that's why I ruled it out. X5 is nice but more $$$s. No way on Audi, when you get into higher mileage, the cooling systems fall apart (water pumps, etc) and the engines are known for carbon buildup. They are fine up to 75K miles, then its time to trade them in before you get stuck with big repair bills.

Ive had my S6 for 4 years now and it's been great (tuned a bit too).

Hope someone has the vvti fix on the rx and it works.

There are far too many disturbing trouble reports with the RX350/h.

I hope they will kill the turbo engine soon, just like they did with the diesel, which was by the way trouble.

Correct. The question is, do we know this problem is engine related (they've had it on the NX for a year already) or might it be in the always pesky electronics? I guess various people have various problems.
