No window sticker in canada. Looking through documentation no tow package mention either. My next step will be on my first oil change to crawl under and check for an oil cooler.

You're in Canada, so that explains it. Canadian RX come with the tow prep package as standard equipment.

It's optional in the USA. I couldn't find one with it available, at all.

I ordered one of the PT72548230 convertors online from a nearby dealer and it is to be delivered today.

I ordered it online from Lexus of Akron-Canton.
When I go back now though it says that P/N PT72548232 replaces the PT72548230 and it is a "Discontinued Product".

Interesting. Every site I checked said PT72548232 was "discontinued" and "no longer available for purchase".

Were you able to get the part and does it require any wiring to be ran from the inside of the vehicle to outside?

I have not yet been able to find a dealer willing to sell the part.

In theory, this would not require any wire splicing or new wiring to run from inside to outside the vehicle.

I did get the part and finally installed it this weekend. No holes to drill. Just mount the converter with one bolt and plug the connector into the chassis harness connector.
Have power to 4-pin plug that is at passenger side of rear bumper.
Bought the Curt wiring harness to plug into that connector to get the 4-way flat.
Now just need the hitch from Torklift.

Sure would be nice to find one. I will ask my dealer, but I am betting that it was NOS you got. The only one that I can find is TorkLift's.

I called TorkLift (again) and they have (again) told me they do not actually have a wiring harness for the 2023+ RX.

Appreciate the clarification. Maybe they should update their site? Does Lexus not expect RX owners to tow??

OK - now I am confused. Parts manager at the dealer says that no converter is needed, only a wiring harness ($163 CAD). @griemsmann Did you order the tow package? maybe Canadian domestic market ones are different than yours?
BTW, I have found a few places that sell the converter in question for about 4125 USD.

I believe Canadian destination RXs come with tow package.

That wire harness seems pricy though.

Everything is pricey for Lexus. And worse in Canada. I just need to figure out if all I need is a harness. Frankly, I would pay the stupid amount if that is all it is. There are not a lot of options.
