At least if you're running iOS 17. You can take a close up picture of a dash warning light, swipe right and get an option for your phone to tell you what it means.

I have used Google Lens previously.
Most of the icons are shown in the Quick Start Guide, not the RX Owners Manual.

I learned today that the Lexus app connects you with the online version of the manual.

You can download the manual as pdf and use the search feature on your phone.
