RAM x-mount is what we have for our other vehicle and works well as you can place the holder close to eye level.

We considered a suction cup X-Mount for the passenger side, but my partner decided on a weighted dash holder.

I just checked mine and found that the trim moves very slightly if I put a lot of force on the mount. It doesn't move enough to be of concern. After 4,200 miles, I'm very happy with the mount. I have a Galaxy S21u and my partner has a similar sized I-Phone.

If you are using an Altimeter App, you probably need to slow down a bit. :

I like to see my elevation when going through mountain passes. I never leave the ground in the Lexus, lol.

Used to have a Pro Clip that attached to the far side of the console trim on my 2014 Infinti Q50. It was solid and attached easily. I think our console edge would also be suitable but they don't make one for that location.

I use a ProClip mount in my Ford Focus. I wish they made mounts for the current RX. We used a CD slot holder in our 2013 RX that worked great.

I am thinking of getting this for my wife's 2024 RX. 1) Where the mount attaches to the vent, is there a tape/adhesive that holds it in place or is somehow force locked physically? 2) Does it block the vent controls? 3) I am thinking of getting it with the wireless QI charger phone mount for my wife's iPhone, the mount you have got doesn't charge correct?

Oh this is what I was planning to get. I'm wondering if the MagSafe/magnetic mount which requires the phone to be stuck to and pulled away constantly is causing this to happen. As opposed to have a basic holder where the phone just rests and the removal doesn't result in a "pull away" force ...

1) There is an adhesive strip, that prevents it from moving, but its mostly a mechanical/physical lock.

2) It doesn't block the vent controls or air flow if the vents are aimed toward driver and passenger, respectively.

3)My mount does not charge. I personally don't like wireless chargers because they cause the battery to heat up more than wired chargers, thus shortening their life. I keep my phones a long time though, often four years.

I'm up to 7,700 miles on the mount with zero issues. There is a Galaxy S21 Ultra or an iPhone 13 Pro Max in it anytime the vehicle is being driven.

Default Magnetic Phone Holders 2024 RX 350

Does anyone know a good magnetic phone holder for a 2024 Lexus RX 350. My old one does not work. Thanks...
