Cold air from floor vents

In the front seats of my 2023 RX 350h, only cold air comes out near my feet in footwell mode even if heat is on. Anyone else experiencing this? Is there something I’m missing? I want to warm my toes!

Just checked our RX450h+. It blows warm air out of the foot vents.

The AUTO setting must be detecting the footwells are above the set point. Take it out of AUTO and raise the temperature and see of you can get hot air there.
