My salesman told me it's a 50/50 shot whether Lexus chooses to add requested options to a build or not. I put in a request to add some things to the Premium Plus model (convenience package, tech package & ML), but after a week, Lexus never responded (the car hadn't been built yet). I finally got tired of waiting and called the salesman back and asked if they had one coming in the Luxury trim. They had the colors and features I wanted and it hadn't been claimed yet. I told them to put my name on it. Hopefully delivery is this week!
