I took possession of a new 2024 RX350 Deluxe ten days ago but developed a System Malfunction and Advanced Park Malfunction the day after I drove it off the lot. I took it to the dealership and they could find no problem but errors were recorded. They reset the system and I returned home after testing out the Parking Assistant. The next day the same two failures returned for a second time and now car has been back at the dealers since then. I’ve effectively had no functional use of the car since purchased ten days ago. Has anyone else experienced system failures that can’t seem to be easily resolved?

I’m considering starting the Maryland Lemon Law procedure which will kick in with either four failures or 30 days of non-consecutive use. Has anyone else received either a buyback or a replacement for their new Lexus?
