What's your RX's color and what do you like/dislike about it?
I am considering upgrading from 4G to 5G RX. Can I get some 5G owner's perspective on
1> which color makes you do a double take on your RX?
2> which color makes you regret your choice?
My personal favorite 5G color is Copper Crest though they are bit if an acquired taste.

I went with Iridium and I am happy with it. It looks nice, and depending on the lighting it has a nice sparkle and can shift a little between with a hint of light blue under some circumstances. It also tends to "blend in" to others, in traffic, so you don't stand out (something I appreciate).
Copper Crest looks nice, in person, but I think I would grow tired of it. It's also polarizing and attention-grabbing -- qualities that are not desirable, imo.
Caviar looks nice when new and clean. But like every other black car they are too much work to keep clean and if you're not careful you get terrible swirl marks.

Pearl white with macadamia/bamboo interior. No regrets at all.
I would think a bit getting something like Copper Crest. Might be cool at first but not sure you will like it in the long run. Also, resale value might suffer.

My first instance was Caviar as it looks awesome with red interior and its nice how grill then goes with black as it looks like one grill. However, when I saw Nebula being it is F sport with black outlines and dark wheels I liked the contrast better so went with Nebula with red interior. Color so far has held up with swirls /etc.
My ultimate first pick would have been ultra blue sonic, which for some reason US didn't get as I did see it in other countries.

I have Copper Crest and after having the car for a little over a year I still love the color. I have always been mostly a grey, white, earth tone person. I guess this was my "mid life crisis" color and better than going out and getting a Corvette or Porsche. I think copper crest is kind of a love it or hate it color. I have gotten many compliments.

I had the option between a premium in grey or premium plus in red for about $1k more. Despite my reservations about the red color it was a no brainer to go for it. I have to say over the last year the red grew on me, it look really great from all angles except head on where the red doesn't blend well with the grille.

Pole Position
Wife has a 2023 pearl white NX 350h. I was on the waiting list for the same or iridium. Friday picked up an iridium. Sealed it with graphene sealant and looks incredible. Traded in a 2017 RX 450h silver lining. Thought the two colors were close but one day I parked my silver lining next to an iridium and saw how it made mine looked so washed out. Much more pearl in it. I would only get a light color for swirl marks and ability to keep clean.

Iridium here too (since 2004, all but one of my vehicles have been silver). I love it as it almost always looks clean, classy, and never goes out of style like some of the more faddish colors. Remember the turquoises colors of the late 90s/early Y2Ks? Don't see them much anymore (praise the Lord!).

At first my wife and I really liked the Nightfall/Mica (or whatever it is called). Incredible blue color. But in the end we decided on Iridium with the Macadamia/Bamboo interior. While looking around for our soon-to-be new car, our one and only local dealer had an Iridium Lexus (don't recall the model) inside the showroom. It just looked fantastic to both of us. Since we already own a red and a blue vehicle, we thought that to switch it up with a different color on the new car was in order. No regrets whatsoever. The color hides the dirt and grime well, and where we live there is always plenty of dirt and grime.

It's a beautiful combo. And yeah, my wife actually said maybe we should go with Copper Crest (we did see it in person), simply because my 3rd gen Prius is blizzard pearl and maybe to have another color. But after thinking about it a bit, I figured the novelty of the color might pale after awhile for me. Of course, others might love it. It's all about what you want in the end.

We wanted red as that is our favorite car color, but we took green as a second choice. We love the green and it has gotten many complements. We had considered blue, but it was just too dark in person neither of us like very dark colors.
