Default Logged out. Network unavailable?

Hi,

Since yesterday morning, each time I try to use nav to request an address, the system displays/speaks a Network is unavailable message. After that it displays a message asking me to login with name and password. This kept appearing every so often during the rest of the drive. Can this be easily resolved or is it a dealer visit issue? The Map in navigation continues to display as expected while driving and CarPlay works as expected. Thanks!

My wife was telling this happened to her. I didn’t ask her today if it was still happening.

Default Constant "network unavailable" message

For the last week, my 2024 RX 350h keeps responding with a "network unavailable" message every time i request a destination.

Also, a login window keeps appearing every few minutes requesting me to login with email and password.

No other errors - welcome message at startup appears, shows it's loading my preferences, radio works completely, bluetooth/CarPlay is fine. The errors above are the only errors.

I'm hoping there's some kind of system reset I can perform without having to take it to a dealer for repair. Thanks in Advance!!

ANSWERED! Had time to call the dealer and reached the tech specialist today..
With my RX off, went to the app on my phone and signed out.
Logged back in to the app with my email address.
Logged out again and then logged back in with my phone number.
After that I started up the RX.
A few moments later it asked me to enter the PIN I created when I originally setup the RX.
After that, all was working again.
