Just bought a 2024 RX 350h so we're still learning about the car. Quick question: while driving, the volume **** on the head unit as well as the steering wheel volume won't work occasionally. Hit the off button for the radio and turn it back on...volume **** and steering wheel now work again. Is this some weird setting? Ideas?

Has no one experienced this? Again, the volume can be adjusted only at low speeds and once the speed gets faster like on the highway. The volume cannot be adjusted. Turning on and off the infotainment unit while driving allows the volume to be adjusted again. So strange....anyone?

No that's not normal.

Take it back to the dealer.

try hitting the music icon on the left and click on enable audio. dont know why it happens but it does occasionally

When I know music is playing with no sound, I've had to press the volume button on the dash, then press it again and the sound shows up.
