Unhappy Is there any way to raise the seat height?

Just received my 2024 RX350 and I find that the drivers seat maximum height is not high enough for me. Is there any way to raise the seat. Maybe a maximum of one inch. Any after market rail risers.

A memory foam seat cushion may be your best/easiest bet, they are comfortable as well.

There are various lift kits on the market.

Essentially spacer blocks. You would need to investigate to determine fitment.

Google "driver's seat riser kit"

Here is an example on Amazon.

Amazon Amazon

The 'lift blocks' linked by @chuckNX don't seem to be model-specific.

At worst, you would need a trip to a hardware store to buy longer bolts of the proper thread...

I know where @Rving is coming from, we have the seats as high as they will go, and I'm an average height of 5'7'.

Wouldn't the headrests contact the headliner if you raise it more?

Maybe a silly question but, didn’t you test drive before you bought it?

You're 5'7" and you have the seats as high as they go? Imagine me ./. I'm 5'3" Seats on my 2RX is definitely higher.

My wife is 5'1". She uses the same seat positioning as me.

I like to 'see' the hood so as to get an idea of where the front of the car is...I am old-fashioned. She doesn't care. Relies on the 360 degree cameras. I realize that the cameras were an option...

Our newer European car has the same seating quirk, as do many cars. (doors/hood very 'high' in relation to seating position) Not sure if this is intentional by manufacturers, to protect in impacts. But I have noticed the issue on many cars in the past decades. I get to sit in them all, at the NY Auto Show, every year.

It’s all about side impact protection just like today’s massive A pillars are all about rollover protection.

Higher belt line is safer in side impact.

Many road testers actually COMPLAINED about the low seating in the past generation of Camaro when it came out!

The ROOF of our sports cars are lower than the window line of our RX. One is 47" high, the other is 44"!

Those cars, folks need to DROP IN to ride. The RX, we need to JUMP UP.
The Grandson's lifted pickup trucks, we need an extension ladder to climb in... So, I guess it all averages out.
