2024 RX 350h two months old. Just started today I will get a pop up that reads software update unavailable error code 101. It pops up about every 15 seconds. Any ideas how to resolve. Thanks

I am sitting in my vehicle right now doing this. I keep getting the Unable to update the software message and the Software Update screen says No Updates Available; the Lexus app on my phone says the same thing.
It seems Lexus still doesn't have its act together when it comes to software updates!?

I had the same message while driving my 2023 RX 350 this morning. The car will not update software while in gear. It needs to be in Park (engine does not have to be turned on). Then in the vehicle main menu, go to Settings (bottom icon on left) and then scroll down to Software Update.

Just talked to the tech specialist at my local Lexus dealership. He posted on a thread on their site and received lots of responses with same problem. He thinks Lexus is sending out an update but a glitch right now. Good news not on my end. He said other models too.

Yup, on my RX450H+ as well - its quite annoying that the continuous pop-up has to distract while driving - and then ADAS then starts complaining that I'm driving distracted. Wonderful.

In the Lexus main menu (along left side of Nav screen), choose Settings (bottom icon), then Software Update, then on History, then click on the latest entry. That's where I find version 2050.

No issue or pop up here RX350F running 2050, I really want this update to get the new screen to be able to hop back in fourth out of car play! Hopefully this means it coming soon as TX and others already have it.
