Have any of you guys applied the rear bumper applique to their RX. Mine didn't come with instructions so I was wondering how hard it is to do and the steps involved.
TIA

I've been meaning to order it; make sure you have some slip and tack to install it:

I’ve done Luminix ppf on headlights. It went easy and that is a much more complicated shape that the bumper appliqué will be. You should be fine.

Default Here ya go (see pdf attached)...

Just be careful not to touch the back of the applique during the installation or you will likely leave a permanent fingerprint, especially if you have a white vehicle! This was very easy to install and only $42 (delivered) from Prestige Lexus. Their prices are great.

Does the rear bumper appliqué provided by Lexus just cover just the top surface of that section of the body? That is, it does not follow the bumper down, right? The top area is the area most likely to get scuffed. Looked at the pdf but can't tell.

The narrower part wraps down over the bumper face down to the ridge in the bumper just above the rear parking sensors.

Thank you, and ordered one. Never applied PPF. I see the Lexus pdf with basic instructions. Do I need to buy special cleaner and wetting agent. or can I use something around the house for this small job?

Thank you for this! Do you have instructions for the mudguards too?

The Lexus rear bumper applique is nearly useless as protection. Mine was.

This one actually works:

I bought 3m ppf and made my own. So it covers the lip too. That is where it usually get scratched.
